Ms. Nai Sokmeng is currently registered with the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. She has over 6 years of experience handling litigation cases. She is specialized in civil and criminal litigation, alternative dispute resolutions, contracting labor, and land dispute resolution. She has extensive knowledge in legal research and drafting legal opinions. In addition to her role at Meng and Associates, she is also a program manager of the English Language-Based Bachelor of Law (ELBBL) Program and the English-Based Master of Law (ELBML) Program within the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE).

She holds two bachelor’s degrees in law from the Royal University of Law and Economics; one is graduated from Khmer language program and another one from English Language-Based Bachelor of Law (ELBBL).
